Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at mortalbodyfitness.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Refunds
- Store Credit Only: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.
- Store credit will be issued as a digital code that can be used for future purchases on our online store.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damage along with your order details, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs
